As described in the Semkhor Video Service Terms of use, due to restrictions placed on us by our content suppliers, the videos we make available to you on this, and Semkhor affiliate sites, are subject to restrictions for viewing (for example, through online streaming or through download) and for the duration of time we make them available to you. The specific restrictions applicable to each of your videos will depend on whether you purchase the video, rent the video, access the video through a membership or free trial. These restrictions may change over time as we add new features, devices and content to our service. The following are restrictions for accessing Semkhor Video Service through your Web browser and compatible Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and tablets and smart phones.

Ways to Watch:
When you purchase a video, we'll make it available to you to stream
and to download as follows:
- Streaming: You may stream purchased videos online through your Web browser and through tablets, iPhones, compatible Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top-boxes that are compatible with our media player. You may stream the same video to no more than one device at a time.
- Downloading In some cases, you may download videos you purchase to two compatible download devices, such as Kindle Fire devices, PCs or TiVo boxes.* After downloading a purchased video, you retain the ability to stream that video as described above.
- Viewing Period: Indefinite -- you may watch and re-watch your purchased videos as often as you want and as long as you want (subject to the limitations described in the Semkhor Video Terms of Use
Rental Videos
- Ways To Watch: When you rent a video, we will make it available to you for streaming and downloading as follows:
- You may stream rental videos online through your Web browser and through Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, set-top-boxes and tablet and iPhone devices that are compatible with our media player.
- Sometimes, you may be able to download videos you rent to one compatible download device, such as iPad, PC or TiVo box.* Once you have downloaded a rental video to a PC or TiVo, you may not watch it on any other device using the same account. Once you have downloaded a rental video, you may not download that video to another device or simultaneously watch it on more than one device using the same account. However, you may start watching a downloaded video and later stream that video on another compatible device (as long as it isn't playing simultaneously on more than once device).

Viewing Period:
When you rent a video, your viewing rights are contained within two
periods:
- You must complete watching rental videos within a window (typically 30 days) from your payment of the rental fee. The length of this window can be found on the detail page or on a link from the detail page, such as the "Learn more about renting and buying" link on website detail pages.
- You'll typically have 15 to 30 days to begin watching the video, and once you start watching it, you'll typically have 48 hours to finish watching it. We'll usually notify you when the viewing period for a title is close to expiring.
Streaming Video
- Ways to Watch: Prime Instant Video titles are available for online streaming. You can stream titles, purchased on this site or affiliate sites, through your web browser and through Internet-connected TVs, Blu-ray players, and set-top-boxes that are compatible with our media player. You can stream the same title to no more than one device at a time.
- Some streaming Video titles are also available for download on. The detail page for each Video title indicates whether the title is available for download. You can download available titles to only one device at one time. If you have already downloaded a title to one devices, you need to delete it from one of them before downloading it to another device. While not all Video titles are available for download, the same videos may be available for rental or purchase, and some rented or purchased titles can be downloaded to compatible devices.
